Budget Car Rental

Staff were very helpful and informative. The staff made me aware of moose in area, options for second person in my party.

The folks here were really a pleasure to deal with. Our original flight got cancelled so we ended up getting in a day and a half late. With the shortage of rental cars I was nervous that they wouldn’t have a car available for us, but after speaking to them on the phone a couple times they assured me they would hold it for us! And they did! Thanks for the help and putting my mind at ease for the start of our trip!

Poor service. Been almost a week trying to get a car and every time I call the person doesn't have a clue about previous calls and claim they will call back. Have yet to receive a call back.

I had a great experience with Budget. The vehicle I booked was there and ready to go. Easy pickup and drop off. I was extremely happy with the Jeep Cherokee I rented which had a large tank for great driving range, especially up north. Nav system was awesome. Easy to drive. Overall worked beautifully!

Worst ever in customer service! So if you forget an item behind they will give you a website to report. The website will not let choose the drop off location of NL in Canada. Then they will give us an option to call the list n found. This will take you back to step 1 . So they have no email they can share with us to report. The customer care will just repeat the word SORRY without helping us in the situation. They just made me go back n forth without helping or resolving the issue. Finally they stayed to go back to the location knowing like I have to take a more than two hour flight!!!So be very very careful when you return the car.What a harassment.
