COVID-19 Assessment at Shoppers Drug Mart
Would give zero Stars to the pharmacy if possible. The staff, although friendly, is never on top of the incoming prescriptions. They do not check the online submitted prescriptions until you tell them to because they can't find your script. Essentially they only look at the faxed prescriptions.It usually ends up being a few hours wait because they're busy even though your prescription was sent in hours before.Always seem to have the same customer service issues at this location.Get organized and prioritize customer service.
