We are so lucky to be part of Akimbo Dance Studios. Kim and her team of talented, dedicated teachers really care about each child and want to help him or her reach their full potential and explore their love for dance. They have made it more than just a dance studio - it’s a family.

Akimbo has been a second home for my daughter. She is a little shy and the amazing teachers and students have helped her come out of her shell and become a confident and talented dancer. The opportunities available to my daughter through Akimbo have challenged her and improved her skills immensely. There is no other dance studio like it!

There is not enough words to describe how great this studio is. Kim goes above and beyond to make every single student feel like part of the akimbo family. She is so accommodating and truly has the students best interests at heart. Such an amazing group of instructors. Akimbo has been a great place for our children to call their second home.

Akimbo Dance Studios
My nine year old son has been with Akimbo since he was four years old. He enjoyed tapping and acro classes. And looks forward to adding Hip Hop this season. The instructors and Kim the owner are so amazing with the students. They keep the students engaged and ensure everyone is having fun. Kim really loves and cares for her staff and students. I was grateful to experience a session of Adult Tap with Sheena and still click clack often. I recommend Akimbo Dance Studios for all your dancing needs.

The teachers at Akimbo are all very talented and kind. Kim is also super amazing and works hard to make sure her dancers are safe and comfortable while still mantaining a high level of intruction. I thuroughly enjoy dancing at Akimbo, there are many talented dancers there and the staff and kids are just a lot of fun.

We love being part of the Akimbo family!! We have been with this studio for 4 years and I could not imagine going anywhere else. The instructors are all amazing; they put so much care into each student, and I see so much growth and improvement with each class that my daughter takes. Kim is so dedicated, encouraging, and accommodating with all of the families. She works hard to provide the best opportunities for her dancers. She is very professional in her work, and as a result, the classes, the studio, and the recitals are top notch. I highly recommend Akimbo.

what I love about this studio...kim and her instructors actually care about the students and want to nurture and foster them to be better versions of themselves while still allowing them to be their true authentic self...seeing my daughter grow over the past 3 years has been so amazing to watch. She is always excited to come to her dance classes and because of this atmosphere I know it will help grow her into an amazing person
