My cat is very hard to treat and I get it, but it's not an excuse to act rough on her and being impatient.The technician was really sweet to my cat and I have nothing to say about that, but as soon as the doctor entered the room she had a very different energy and tone, as if she was annoyed that my cat was so upset and stressed and it seems like she didn't really tried to make her more comfortable.They should've gave her something to make her calmer but they didn't (even when I told the doctor that we cant even get her groomed without her being high on something because she gets too scared and aggressive). She's an old cat and took a week to recover from fighting with them, when it could've been smooth with drugs as I said, I was too anxious at the end to even speak up after hearing my cat scream in pain and fear.Also, I don't get why the doctor's dog was in a place where he could enter the room, he tried to do so a couple of times during the consultation, that was unprofessional of them.Yes I got what I needed from them which is medication for my cat's eye, but they also injured her and it could've been avoided if the doctor would've listened to me at the very beginning.

Very pricey! Was told my dog needed meds for 10 days, yet they sold me 14 days of meds!Total rip-off!Also, none of the medical staff speak English. Extremely disappointed

I called for my cat and they offered me an appointment pretty quickly. the vet was very nice and she took the time with me and my animal. the only thing that I noticed is that they allowed another appointment in the room after I had left without any cleaning in between my animal and theirs. that’s a detail, I guess.Otherwise, very nice staff, welcoming and helpful!

Honestly believe they saved my dogs life in the nick of time (third vet we saw) and they didn't charge a ridiculous amount either. Reccomend!

DO NOT RECCOMEND!I brought my dog for an operation on his stomach and they advised me that everything went okay and that i would get a call the nex day to bring him home only to find out that they lleft him alone over night there was no pain medication administered before the vet left for the night and when they got in the next day they found him DEAD.I never got to say goodbye to my beloved dog. They only want your $$

We were referred to this vet by an emergency clinic after we discovered my dog may need emergency surgery. They luckily had some availability and were able to take us in. The vet took her time to answer all our questions and we came to a decision together on the best course of action. We didn't feel rushed at all and we felt like she had sympathy for our stress in the situation. Following the surgery the technician again took extra time with us with the post surgery instructions and made sure that all our questions were answered.I can't thank this clinic enough! Without them I don't know if my dog would've survived his emergency situation. The whole team is amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A bench of non sense going on there. Please ignore them. Go somewhere else. When you see them, they charge medications double the price compared to MSRP, compare it online. They force you to visit the vet multiple times by giving you an extremely small quantity of medication (definitely not enough) and definitely without providing you the prescriptions so you cannot even buy the medication online. For any renewal they force you see the vet. To me they are scammers and anarch, same as car dealership experience.

We were extremely pleased with this Vet Clinic. Our dog needed surgery to remove a large mass and they made us feel very comfortable and updated us along the way. One of the best Vet Clinics we've ever been to. I highly recommend them.
