you can order an hour ahead and your drink will NOT be ready. youre gonna be waiting 10-20 mins regardless. unprofessional, theyll argue back saying theyre busy before they even start ur drink. i’ve never seen such a disorganized starbucks before, unfortunately this is the closest location to me so i’ve experienced this horrendous service multiple times now

I went last week with my son he enjoys the cake pops . I had $50 bills only and the manager was amazing I believe his name was Andrew and he offered it to him for free which was such a nice gesture . We always love going here as it’s close from home and have some good vibes . Thanks Andrew !!

Today I had the best experience ever at this Starbucks location. The girl in the drive thru with a headscarf in the morning today is so sweet. She always makes my day!

Quite classy and inviting ambience especially after the recent renovations. Efficient and skillful staff, Very pleasing and courteous they were. Haven’t have to wait for long. Having said that, couple of thing’s disappointed me. Cleanliness was the main issue. And second is lack of seating spaces. Whatever was available was also cramped.

I had a very rough start to my day and whoever worked the drive thru window today (July 5 around 9:45am) literally was such a sweetheart! Her energy was immaculate, so welcoming and her smile was infectious! Happy I chose to go there today!

I went to this Starbucks on the 27th of April to claim my friend's birthday award. When we came to the register to claim, they proceeded to tell us that we must have the app (Starbucks rewards) for at least 6 months, which is not true. You must have the app for at least a week in order to claim the birthday reward, my friend has had it for 3 months. When we offered to pay for the drink after sizing it to the smallest size, we were still short a couple of cents and scrambled to find some spare change, it was very.. awkward. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, and I think my friend should be refunded for this inconvenience. Not impressed >:(
