Needed a grinder to prep a concrete floor for epoxy, can't remember his name but the guy who works in the office on the left was super helpful. Went out of his way to show me the techniques to get the best result from the machine. They also recommended the dust suppression system which was worth its weight in gold as not a trace of dust was in the air, and grinding concrete can be a very messy process!

They leave their equipment sitting in other businesses parking lots for months without inquiring with the business if it is allowed. Wouldn't both with them if they leave their equipment just sitting all over the city without any permissions.
