Great experience. I need an exam for work and they fit me in right away. From start to finish the staff is very professional and friendly. My exam was performed by Nicole who was wonderful to deal with. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience at The Oakville Hearing Centre! The front desk was efficient, helpful and personable. :) And Dr. Nicole Clark was very easy to talk to and explained next steps regarding testing in a friendly but professional manner. The hearing test experience was also positive and it felt like playing a game. I would definitely recommend their services.

Nicole and her colleague were able to slot me in immediately when I stopped in for a hearing test. Nicole walked me through the process and went more in depth compared to previous tests I have done. Zero sales pressure. Nicole walked me through the results and asked some more detailed questions to try to identify some root causes for my hearing issues. I would highly recommend this team.

An excellent first visit with Nicole Clark. Both Nicole and her receptionist were very pleasant, in a very relaxed environment. Since this was my first visit, we established a baseline for my hearing. While it was obvious that the results showed I do have hearing issues, there was no pressure to buy hearing aids. We would re-evaluate the need after next years appointment. A distinct difference when I was pressured to buy hearing aids a few years ago, by a different audiologist. I highly recommend Nicole and her staff.

Fantastic experience - from reception right through all aspects of my appointment. Nicole was incredibly personable, understanding and clear,. She took the time to walk through every step of what she was doing and to clearly explain the results of testing and next steps. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, and made the experience an enjoyable one. Plus full covid protocols were in place so I had no concerns at all while I was there. I would highly recommend The Oakville Hearing Centre - whether it is just for a baseline check or for hearing aids.

It was my first time having a hearing test done and Nicole was so professional and calm. Her office & receptionist were very welcoming and friendly. Nicole is a vibe, she knows what she’s doing. If you need a hearing test go here you won’t regret it!
