Mr. Poolman

I am a senior on a fixed income. I had my pool opened but when the cover was removed some leaves fell in it. I came down with shingles and was able to look after it. My pool developed a lot of algae and I was still ill. I called Mr.Poolman and explained what was happening. Junior was sent that week brushed my pool down, did the treatment to removed all the algae and was told they understood my situation and was a goodwill no charge visit. What anumber amazing compassionate company!

Julia and Junior are simply AMAZING! They are quick to communicate and do quality work, would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I called Mr. Poolman to help me with balancing my pool chemicals. Junior was extremely helpful. He helped me learn how to maintain my pool. He was patient and personable. Junior was awesome.Julia was great with coordinating the job. He did more in a closing than anyone else that has closed my pool prior years. He goes over and above to make sure you are comfortable with job he’s doing. Treats your pool like it’s his. Recently moved to a house with an in-ground pool. Got in touch with Julia who was a pleasure to speak with, gave me all the information and we set up the appointment to open the pool for the season.Junior came after couple of days and started to work on my pool. After removing the cover it was a “green soup” as Junior said it :) never thought that water would ever clear up!!! Junior is not only very knowledgeable, he also doesn’t hold back any information. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so I could get a better idea since I have never owned a pool before. Along the way I had few problems such as starting the pump, or getting the appropriate equipment for pool but Junior didn’t give me a chance to stress :) solved all of my pool problems. The quality, attention to detail and customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Julia and Junior!

Junior does a great job opening/closing our pool. He’s on time , friendly , and does a excellent job.
