People that know me, know I like to research, then research some more, then a bit more, so I knew pretty much everything I needed to know about the equipment we wanted to buy, before my wife and I stepped in the place. Having been there before, we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. Friendly greeting, equipment ready to try (along with comparisons, just to make sure) and information on all the equipment, in addition to what I already had learned. Made buying here easy, and it always feels good to keep it local.

We had amazing service here. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything that didn't fit for us. Dave was incredible and actually listened to us and what we were looking for...absolutely refreshing! He gave us options and explained the pros and cons of each. You can tell he has a passion for the business and is extremely knowledgeable. I will never set foot in any other fitness equipment store in Red Deer or elsewhere for that matter. We will definitely be back when we want to purchase more items. I would highly recommend Connected Fitness to anyone looking for advice, expertise and outstanding service.

Amazing service. I went in looking for a weighted vest and an ab wheel. Dave helped me pick out equipment best suited to my needs and there was no sales pressure! I left with the two things I wanted for a great price. Dave picks out all the equipment he sells there and even has the weighted vests built to his specifications. He has many years of experience in body building and personal training experience and helped guide me in the right direction! Future exercise equipment purchases will be only from there. Thanks man!

Went in for an elliptical. Mid-day, no one else in the store. We were greeted from behind a desk, where he remained for the majority of our visit. Zero questions on his end or apparently a desire for a sale. When he eventually approached us, no information provided as to possible options. Clearly didn't need a sale.

We would not recommend this store for treadmill purchase. My husband tried to surprise me with a new treadmill but when I tried it out - it had many functionality issues for the amount of running I do. We were charged $377 to bring it back. The salesman were arrogant and tried telling me that my preference of having a fan on a treadmill wasn’t safe (??). Found much better customer service at another store that happily let us try their many demos before we found the perfect one (with a fan!). A little kindness goes a long way guys - could I suggest that you encourage/insist people to try the treadmills before purchasing- could save everyone time and money.

I've purchased various weights and fitness equipment from them for quite a few years, and I'll keep going back.I like that they sell high-end/professional competition equipment as well as options for home gyms. They have a good amount of products in their showroom too, so you can try stuff before you buy, and a big warehouse where they also sell some used equipment. They are also open on Saturdays, which is really convenient for a lot of people.Check them out if you're looking to outfit your gym.

Had such a great experience, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. They had supplements I have never seen anywhere else in town and were able to tell me about all of them. A great selection of home gym equipment to choose from as well. I will definitely be going back again
