If you’re someone who’s looking to get into the rest estate market in Vancouver but feel overwhelmed, Alec is the realtor for you. My partner and I knew we were ready to make that step but didn’t know exactly where to start. Once pre approved, he took the time to view properties with us to get a feel for what exactly we were looking for. Upon finding a property we were serious about, Alec was able to get an inspector there the next day. He walked us through the best way to make a strong offer and once it was accepted he also recommended a lawyer to us.
