Would recommend planning a date here! We were there for 2 hours and took 200 photos! We walked around at our own pace, took all the pictures we wanted, enjoyed every exhibit. It was well worth the money! The vendors were interesting and the games were fun! The staff was super nice and everyone was willing to take photos for us!

I was so excited to hear that this candy land immersive experience was coming to Toronto! It's so well done and the attractions are beautiful and perfect for photo ops! I had a wonderful time strolling through the displays and indulging on cotton candy. It's here until September and I highly recommend that you check it out. It's such an amazing and magical experience and I'm so happy we had amazing weather to go along with it!

Here are 5 tips if you are headed here:1. The place is located at the NW corner of the mall (near The Rec Room and Old Navy). There is plenty of parking.2. Some of the vendors are cash only, some of the vendors don’t accept cash.3. Bring water and prepare for the elements. There is almost no coverage so you will be fully exposed to the sun/rain, etc. There are no places to sit except at the end. If you have a toddler, you’re going to want to bring that stroller just in case.4. Depending on your pace and how many breaks you take, it might take about 1.5 or 2 hours start to finish.5. The final area is a cash grab. I paid $18 for 4 tickets to ride on the 1 minute long carousel and teacup ride. I think those are the only 2 rides, and there are a few carnival games. Be prepared to spend $ if you’re with kids.Bonus tip: they don’t care if you’re late, so don’t stress if you are.Overall, I think it’s a great experience if you don’t mind spending money. The admission fee is similar to what we used to pay for CNE admission. If you consider it in that context, I think the admission fee is too high.

Sugar Rush seemed like a really nice idea. I enjoyed some of the displays but others really felt cheap. When you walk through, you begin in a sort of candy-land area. I felt this was the area that needed the most TLC and it improved after this. The candyland has lots of small cute displays which are a bit repetitive. Then you move into a sort of magical area with unicorns, blue/purple colour schemes, and a bit more candy. The displays here are better and there is a large circle structure that you can take photos inside. Just be careful not to break it.After going through the candy and magic area you enter a jungle theme with fake animals and nicer displays that cannot be touched. I really enjoyed the feel of this area. The display leads into the next section which has individualized coloured background displays. There is a play on Alice in Wonderland here as well. After taking lots of photos in the individual booths you will pass a Christmas area. I didn't feel like this was executed very well and didn't seem practical during the hot months. However, it is still nice to take photos with. After this you will find more photo booths with candy themes, cloud themes, and even a small candy corn one for Halloween. There is a small break for food and refreshments before you go under a bubble area, under the sea area, and a nice wall with the Sugar Rush logo to take photos with. The final area has the washrooms, more food, and refreshments.Overall, I think it is worth going to once in your life for the photos. Don't have high expectations but just enjoy the displays and the photo ops. The price was a bit too much, but again it is worth doing it once.

The fact that this supports epilepsy research is why I went. A bunch of amazing art displays and incredible photo opportunities! -1 star for the shop's layout, I feel like this could have been set up a bit better to benefit the sales.

This event is definitely for young kids only. My 7 year old loved it, but she is a kid who loves taking cool pictures. For that aspect I had to give it 3 stars. The props were very colourful and neat, but not in great condition. Many of the props are breaking and have paint chipping off. The cost of tickets is not cheap, it would be expected to have better quality. The candy - or lack thereof. There were two people handing out cheap candy. Small lollipops and rockets, towards the end there was a bucket of Tootsie rolls. We grabbed a few because we had only been given 2 lollipops and 1 rockets the entire time. They advertise candy but you hardly get a thing. The snack station in the middle is nice, but a bit expensive. We did enjoy some delicious cotton candy. The exit with the two rides and two games, definitely a cash grab. But that is to be expected with a place like that. Rides are $5 per person, per ride. Very pricey for a short ride. The kids will have a good time, if you're willing to spend the money. Hopefully if they come back they will make improvements.

Nice cool concept! Fun for the younger kids! Lots of photo opportunities! They have candies set up along the route but you have to look closely due to the fact they are on the ground in a box or plastic bucket… I felt there should of been more people in costumes around. I spoke to aWorker there and they said normally they have a month + to prep and paint but this year due to covid they only had 2 weeks to prep. At the end it’s cool and fun for the younger kids!

The kids loved it. Great photo-ops. Candy was handed out throughout the event which made it feel like trick or treating. Things to note; there is no shade, porta-potties are located at the very end, covid measures in place, including many hand sanitizing stations, and one-way traffic flow, social distancing was fairly easy although not everyone respected personal space. Unfortunately, many of the installations look worn, some were even damaged - it was also incredibly loud. Tickets were pricey for the experience but we got them on a flash sale and we are happy to support the charity for epilepsy. Overall we were happy with the experience - I think it would look really cool at night with all the lights.

We had such a great time at sugar rush! It was beautifully done and there was clearly a ton of effort put in! Awesome date idea, but my niece and nephew also loved it! So glad to be out and about doing things again! Thank you!

Instead of a theme park it’s more of an Instagram photo-op. Staff was either rude or uncaring and there was barely any shade so we naturally roasted. For what you pay for admission this was throughly disappointing. Not enough to do and advertising was misleading. The walk-through took roughly about 10 minutes and we paid $50 for tickets. Good for photos but not much else.
