Stopped by quickly the other day. Service was friendly and helpful before I even made it inside. A staff member was on her way in and with a friendly greeting, smile and the door being held open for me…things were off to a great start. She helped me out right away, said good morning to her coworkers and had me out the door and back in the sunshine in no time.Clean well stocked store. Good prices and awesome staff.

Above and beyond.2 words that I thought had ceased to have meaning in today's canna-market.I contacted Forest City Marijuana, to ask if they could ship me a vaporizer they had in stock, even though I was aware they didn't have shipping listed as an option on their website.And.They did.Cheerfully, promptly, and more then fairly.I've never set foot in their store, but I hope to soon. I'd love to meet the amazing person who made this happen for me, and get to visit.I don't say this lightly.This was an exceptional shopping experience, with hands on service unparalleled by any other cannabis store I've ever shopped with.Highly recommended.

Nice selection and convenient location, amazing customer service.just want to add I was there yesterday, they advertise to price match but one day they do, one day they don't. Last night I was told they can't. If you are not able to price match don't advertise because people like myself come there for nothing. I left disappointed, the 3 stars is for staff they are very nice but misleading people its not good since I had to go to a store that did price match but Forest city was on my way.

Buyer beware online items not as shown or described. Ordered a vaporizer online, picture shows full product and the description includes coils and cap. When I arrived they informed me that its actually just the battery and even if I wanted to buy the other parts they don't have them. No mention of it being a replacement battery anywhere online.
