Menbow Ramen Bar

Can’t get their act together - waited 1 hour before I got my simple order of miso ramen! Quality isn’t great either - certainly not worth the long wait. I’m sure I would’ve gotten faster service at a top ramen place instead of this wannabe. Not recommended

While I was getting my food I saw the tablecloth worker fall into my food. And the staff thought I didn’t see what happened,also he didn't fix it and tried to get that cup of ramen served to me After I get the food I said to the staff that I asked to give me new one! because he dropped some dirt in my bowl. which this kind of incident should not happen ,When the meal has occurred, it should be repaired and improved as soon as possible, not trying to bring dirty food to serve to customers.

I'm going to be frank here. For a mall location, this place is better than their flagship location downtown. Food wait was roughly 12 minutes, the chashu pork is as good as the former years at their main location and their egg for sure is done way better than their main location.I tried their Menbow special with the added combo instead of my usual favorite shoyu tonkatsu. The broth is a bit on the rich side that I kinda wish I could request for a kaedama which they don't offer but some of their competitors in town and the mainland do. That's okay, I pretty much drown my rice bowl with the leftover broth.They better fix their flagship location or else I'll be sticking here instead.

Took an hour and 15 minutes to get our order of 3 ramen, and one of the 3 was wrong when they did arrive. I try to avoid shopping malls, and food courts, so I had high hopes that Menbow would make our trip worthwhile. I hope this was just a one off bad day. Taste was fine. Hope they can figure it out.

We went at 11:30am, no line-up, quick service. Best ramen I've tasted in Victoria & I lived in Japan for many years. We had the miso ramen & also the spicy ramen-perfect. We are definitely going again-tomorrow :)

I waited 1 hour and a half for 2 Ramens. Soup was very salty. It tastes like soy sauce and water. The noodles had a bouncy texture.

Amazing ramen! There is a wait but it is worth it for the quality!

Didn't go during peak hours so can't speak for the wait issues people are experiencing, but the food and atmosphere was incredible as always. I ordered the TanTan Ramen for the first time. New fave.Love that a mall food court has a place like Menbow :)

Food is delicious and definitely worth for wait! Most people come to food court want their Order within 15 mins. But ramen isn’t the fast food. Take a lots to pride and time to make the broth and toppings, Personally I don’t mind to wait a bit longer. Because I do know I’m eating good quality ramen

This new open ramen store is becoming my family and my favourite place to eat at hillside mall.I’ve ordered the miso ramen several times, the soup and ingredients alway remained the good quality and fresh as consistency. We don’t like anything pre cooked before serving, I love to give them that big thumb up.
