Went to Kara Mia after many years. Pretty decent establishment. The menu is small and not overwhelming. Service was very good. I had the hot spot burger and saffron sauce poutine. Was expecting the burger to be more spicy given the name. The fries were not that great but the saffron sauce was good. Prices are a little on the high end compared to similar restaurants.

Kara Mia truly has set the bar for a good Halal Italian restaurant. The ambience was elegant coupled with the soft lighting and tasteful music, created a sophisticated and comfortable ambiance. The menu showcased a wonderful fusion of flavors, it was evident fresh ingredients were used, and the presentation of the food was impeccable. The waitstaff were knowledgable and attentive. The service was prompt and excellent. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for comfort food, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit.

Great Halal steakhouse in Markham! Went here for lunch on a Monday and loved it. The decor/atmosphere was clean, elegant, and welcoming. The service was amazing and all the staff were very friendly. Steak with peppers was delicious and cooked perfectly. Saffron chicken and French fries were great also. An excellent place, would recommend!

Below expectations. They have special ramadan menu which only have three platters, not much options available and it was not communicated at time of reservation. Taste is not unique, they used Kraft BBQ sauce, definitely overrated.I tried BBQ beef platter which was not tender and little burned. Nothing was fresh. They also charge auto gratuity even service was so so.

A disappointing Iftar dinner to say the least, the chicken and steak had no flavor and it tasted like it was microwaved. The ceaser salad barely had any dressing, and it felt like I’m eating paper and the cocktail tasted like a mix of store bought juices. The ribs didn’t taste fresh and the sauce tasted store bought as well, I’m not sure if anything here is freshly made. The service was nice though, but I won’t be returning.

Amazing food and amazing service. Talha makes the experience great! He had great suggestions and ideas to help you order. Before we needed anything he was there providing it. Had an amazing time with delicious food!

Was at Kara mia for iftar had their iftar special steak platters with rice and pasta. Steaks and chicken Was Good love their sauce (zafron and peppercorn) took a little too long to get the food. Service was good.

I have been wanting to go here for such a long time but it somehow popped up on Uber eats app and I quickly placed an order. I was craving a chicken Parmesan but the fettuccine Alfredo was just a random option to try. The food was amazing and still hot after taking 35 minutes to arrive. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauces and meats were delicious! Surprisingly I loved the Fettuccine way more the Chicken Parmesan. The garlic bread was okay but definitely not worth the price. I hope to go in person one day to try more dishes off their menu!

I’ve given a 3 star based on what we ordered, but the customer service was really good and quick. I ordered the ribeye steak and fries. Steak didn’t taste that good of quality. My son enjoyed his Chicken Parmesan, for me it was pretty bland. My wife ordered the rose’ penne pasta and she was happy with it. Like always, try it for yourself.
