Fantastic product, excellent service.I ordered a high end, custom gaming PC and requested some personal touches. Communication back and forth with the builder was fast and detailed. I had some concerns about the power supply, and they alleviated that right away. They also took the time to find some extra special additions based on my personal requests.It took less than a month from the time I made the order to when I received the PC, and I was updated about the progress along the way. It was delivered and fully set up free of charge.Awesome service overall and I am really enjoying the PC. I’ll be using Alexandria Customs in the future for sure.

Awesome sales and service! I contacted Alexandria Customs to build be a very good gaming PC. I had checked the website and saw the excellent work of custom builds they did. The company was extremely helpful in customizing what I wanted in the machine as well as saving me some money on parts. The service was amazing as I was kept up to date through the whole process. The day I picked up the new PC, they went through everything I needed to know so it would work when I was home. They also provided assistance after the fact in case issues came up. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had having a PC built. Also, the PC looks better than I expected. Highly recommend.
