All of the staff were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were newbie purchasers and I never felt like I was asking too many questions or that they wanted us to leave. In fact, one of my favourite features is that I can text any question anytime to the number provided and one of the team members gets back to me - a great feature as we learn the ropes of hot tub life! We purchased a hot tub from Orleans Hot Tubs and Pools and it was an amazing experience! The team was so helpful and friendly, specifically Mika who was so patience and responsive during the entire process (shopping, purchase, delivery prep, delivery and ongoing maintenance). It was our first hot tub purchase so we had a ton of questions as we shopped around. We landed on Orleans Hot Tubs because the staff was amazing, the price was right and the tub is gorgeous! We've had the tub for a few months now and it's been absolutely life changing... soaking in the tub during this warmer winter is *chef's kiss*. What a great experience so far and its only been a week since the delivery of our Tub.The staff was just so flexible with their time and was very comprehensive when I showed up to get the status of delivery as we were scheduled to get it in May. and then delivery, the airlift with Crane was quite the spectacle and virtually painless.The start-up training was done with our Tub at our house with all of the chemicals needed based on our water sample submitted…. Its just awesome!We love it!Keep up the great service guys!
