I like this lab and very nice staff. But it sure is dingy in the waiting room and numbered cubicles. It could really use a fresh coat of paint and some brighter lighting, perhaps halogen or energy efficient LED lights. Honest, it wouldn't cost much.

Friendly staff that does their best to get you in and seen. They get very busy.Not the cleanest and it’s small. Also a parking fee of $5 flat rate if you end up driving and parking in the lot.Appointment booked online took about 30 mins total.Try to avoid going super early in the morning or near end of day to avoid the crowd.

As a 60 year old I have had many blood draws and many more attempts as I am a very difficult blood draw patient. Kathy in Peterborough is the Best I have ever had. She is always pleasant and never had to try more than once.

TBH I’m surprised by the reviews. I had excellent experience with the staff. Angela was so friendly, quick and comforting. The staff at the reception were great too! No complaints.

(I booked my appt online)They were mostly Friendly staff but it does get really, Really busy at any time of any day.On this visit however, I lucked out and was seated in a chair/cube right away . In total my visit took about 15 mins total.4/5

All the girls there are super friendly and welcoming, by far the best place to get blood work done!!But Cathy, man oh man. If you read the other reviews, you'll see her name pop up a few times and let me tell you SHE IS PHENOMENAL. As someone who has anxiety with getting blood work done and difficult veins to find, she made me feel comfortable, and was able to get my vein in one try! I absolutely will be going back to her❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Kathy, specifically, was lovely. Her technique was very gentle, and she was very kind. It was the nicest experience I've ever had while having blood taken. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, specially who ever has any hesitations or anxieties over having blood taken. Had booked appointment at 12:45 for a blood.. test. Had to wait until 01:06. There should be no reason why it took so long since the lab was not busy. Normally this lab is pretty good at meetingtheir commitments. Very disappointing this time.Otherwise service was satifactory.

Had an appointment today and got in right away! Waited a bit longer inside because I had to get a specific room but the staff were friendly, professional and efficient! I think the techs name was Jane and she was an absolute delight! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!
