Nice people.. product could be better . Finishing of sofa was not so good.

Bought a 3 piece sofa set from them and my family loved it.

I am so pleased with the serviced i received from Relax sofa, I order a custom made sectional, custom bed and ottoman. All 3 pieces were made perfect. I was originally worried about ordering something i haven't seen until its gonna be made but it was well worth it. The prices were fair and quality was great. I will do business with them again. 5+ stars guys keep up the great work.

We Ordered Three Piece Sofa (Sofa, Love Seat and Chase) from them. The prices were fair and quality was great. Delivery was also on time. We asked for some extra Fabric and one extra pillow after delivery and they happily gave it to us (Totally Free). We are pleased with the service we received from Relax sofa. Thanks :)

Extremely unprofessional. My mother bought a sofa from them and has been having trouble getting a hold of someone in the company that can help her. She purchased the custom made sofa for $1600 and it was 2 months late from the promised delivery date. When received, the sofa had 5 defects. When we asked them to take it back to fix it (even with the warranty we have), they would not take it. We had to make multiple angry calls in order to catch their attention. They make their sofas through a company called Relax Sofa. No one at Relax Sofa would help us either. One of the major defects was that the sofa cushion was smaller than the frame (3 inches difference). They came to pick up the cushion and returned it with even more defects.

horrible experience they don't have a proper website nor a email address and they surly don't answer your phone calls!
