I needed to get some extra care for my step-mom on very short notice. This was the first company to respond and to come to do a home assessment. Their rates were comparable and my step-mom really liked the way they screen their employees. They were responsive to my e-mail and explained their processes thoroughly.Unfortunately we only had this service for a very short time, but my step mom raved about the care she received. She had a young lady come twice a week for 3 hours (there are lots of scheduling options) and she received help with anything she needed. The care giver was very pleasant to deal with, has a very cheerful and caring disposition, and was eager to do whatever was needed.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to help a loved one in need.

I've only worked with Incasa for a short time and it's been a great experience. Staff and caregivers are friendly and helpful. Incasa has matched me with some lovely seniors, and I'm happy be of service to them and their families. There's lots of shifts available, schedule is easy to understand, and managers work hard to accommodate personal schedules. Perhaps more information sharing among caregivers could help serve our clients even better.
