Locals seem to love it. The carefully curated selection is reasonably priced. They have average every day items but also specialty items. Some of the staff are helpful and charming. I look forward to my next trip to Seeds Food Market.

Very helpful staff, who are amazing foodies! Got great recommendations while we're in town. They also have Pimenton de la Vera (spanish smoked paprika). **THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN NORMAL PAPRIKA. Hungarian, or other that is wood smoked" are nothing compared to this sweet

Friendly staff and a nice independent boutique food market. It has fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. Staples dry and frozen goods to dairy offerings. Great place for the local villagers.

So glad we have Seeds in downtown Cumberland, It's a great Green Grocery to have locally. There is a wide selection that has expanded varieties. The staff are very friendly/helpful. I especially like their Focaccia bread they stock from Denman Island. YUM!!
