Ordered shirts with them. They ran out of the colour I ordered and instead of getting in contact with me they sent a different colour shirt. I reached out to them, they said they would send me the colour I ordered but it would be in a different size and I agreed to that. When I received the corrected shirt, they sent me the exact same shirt that I didn’t want. I’ve emailed them regarding this issue and I still haven’t heard back. I ordered multiple shirts as it was for a fundraiser but disappointed that they weren’t able to help me in correcting the colours I wanted.

Communication wise is great. One star for the print. Low quality. My design has a basic color red on it. Turned out orangy pink. Not red at all. I understand that color will not be exactly match on screen. But red is a basic color and I was hoping it will turned out to it's actual color. I paid almost $150 for four shirts. Two shirts is mine and two shirts is theirs. It's pretty pricey, which is okay as long as the final product turned out great. But it's far from great. They said that they can make it an actual red, they have to make an adjustment to achieve that. If that's the case they should've done that on the first place. We are not satisfied and happy with the actual outcome. One of our shirt is a crop top, the size of print should be different on that because the shirt is small. But they made no adjustment or didn't even bother to ask us. The design is big almost 1 inch remaining on the crop top shirt. The print is cheap quality. And asked them if they can do some correction since we are not happy with the outcome. Apparently we have to pay again the full amount. At least they can offer 1 shirt trial print or something to just correct it. Simple red color turned out orange, what if it's more complex color. I sent them a mock up t-shirt that my designer made, they said they will copy it on how big it is and the placement. The final product is far from that. I guess for very simple design they're fine but if design is detailed or complex, definitely will not turned out as you expected plus it's pricey and not getting what you paid for.
