Web site is easy to use to find products (stock or custom) and place order. Delivery is well within timeframe for youth 30 custom bat order (ordered April 2 and delivered April 16). A little disappointed that the bat broke during tryouts on May 21 just outside the 30 day warranty. Ordered custom glove on April 19

My Grandson Loves B45. He is 10 and has years to go with you guys. I got him a Men's small Sweatshirt, that he wears big and all. He loves it regardless and has several that his Dad got him. But when I asked him for his top three at Christmas. B45 was at the top of the list. Easy for me now. I will know what to get for every holiday and birthday! As for service, immaculate! Tried one of their bats for the first time last year, loved it and ordered a custom model as well. Great balance & feel, really well crafted & finished. Took a chance on one of their gloves as well and ordered one without actually seeing one in person before. GREAT feel to this glove, looking forward to using it as soon as I get it broken in. Really got great help from the B45 staff, quick responses from Mathieu the rep who helped us. BUT more important.. their bats absolutely ROCK! We play competitive sandlot ball and have tried virtually every bat manufactured. B45 bats emerged as our favorite....in particular the Cargo5 and the B13c. The Cargo5 is the most balanced Big Barrel wood bat you could find. In fact, you can swing a bigger, longer bat because it swings itself....got fooled on a curve ball? No Problem...so much Springy , rock hard mass coming through the zone you can flip it into the outfield with ease. The B13c is a little more top heavy, but with such a sweet taper on the handle it is way easier to manage than your typical I13 or 243 type bat. If your on the fence BUY ONE. you will not be sorry. I ordered a customized back, complete with the recipient’s name. It is wonderful! High quality bat and it looks great. Really a special thing to give or to get.The people at the company were great to work with. And fast shipping to the US!I highly recommend!!!

I CANNOT say enough about this company, the quality of the bat, and best yet, the quality and care of their customer service. I've recommended this company to ALL of my friends and son's teammates' parents. We customized a 29 inch bat, drop 5, model 243c, I believe. So many choices! It's beautiful, solid, and has tons of pop. he can't believe how good it feels. We play USSSA travel. I told my son, this is to USE! ...not just hang on the wall. He'll have it for the rest of his life, and I don't care it it's marked up. It's a bat! I gave it to him for his 10th birthday; in fact, when I told B45 this, they made the experience even extra special! --Overall, the price of the bat does not come close to matching it's value or the experience. I will definitely work with this company again, and think I might get the glove next time. LOVE B45!

I order one of there most expensive custom gloves for SLO Pitch and I could not be happier with it!! Great quality the colours came out beautifully and I have been using it for the past 2 seasons and the glove still looks and feels amazing!!! I definitely recommend them!
