Friendly staff. Things are super easy to find as they are well organized. Love the garden centre!

Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable. They just don't have the stock in store that we need at the present time. We may order it in as they do have available to order what we need.

Please be aware of online exclusive orders. We ordered a dreamline shower and was surprised to find out the mounting hardware was from another shower. So we were quite annoyed as we had a contractor scheduled to install the shower. It appears that if there are issues Rona is not very helpful and pushes you to sort everything out with the manufacturer. The good old days of shopping at Woodward's are gone.

Great store. Went here for lights and privacy screen for our balcony.

Better than south Edmonton, but when you get asked to do a physical count instead of your computer system inventory, don't put the phone down to help another customer and just give my your computer inventory anyways.... wendy....I wish totem was still around because they actually knew their stock, and how to count.On the other hand, the woman at the front checkout who knows her bulbs really brightened the morning.

Service is top notch. Will go here over home Depot when possible

Ordering online straightforward and simple. Curbside pickup was quick, easy, thorough and friendly.

I was given exceptionally helpful service at the Sherwood Park location. Brad and Vern assisted me to order the materials for, and to plan my entire project. Everything was delivered right to my home. All of my questions were answered and I felt heard and valued, which is something I did not experience at a different retailer/competitor while I was shopping around for quotes for this reno project. Thank you so much Brad and Vern! Exceptional service!

This is a brutal store drove from edmonton asked them about two items that I had the item numbers for. There's one cashier and looked to be one floor man . He looked the items up said yes we have 2 of them but I don't know where they are. Obviously I don't either it's not my store. Then he just walked away. Honestly it's their job but pretty useless.

Walked in to find 3 employees standing and chatting in the main aisle. Asked for a part, one employee tried to give a long description of where to go. We asked if he could show us as we were in a rush. He said “sure I guess I’m heading that way anyway” as if it is not their job to help customers. We regularly put through large expensive orders for commercial jobs and have committed pricing. I called ahead to make sure our order was ready for pickup. When we arrived the man at the counter was not prepared to put through our order and was leaning on a woman at the VIP counter to help him (I believe he is new. Which is fine and understandable, but not when a customer calls ahead and lets you know it is a time sensitive matter. Do NOT commit if you cannot follow through). They then fought with us on the pricing. We had an email from our usual Rona manager from Leduc (great store) proving our order and committed price as well as other important info. They disputed the pricing again. We asked for the employee she had contacted to prepare our order. His name was Barry. He disputed the pricing again. We were still in a rush and we became uncomfortable with how Barry was handling our situation so we asked for the store manager to sort things out more efficiently. He responded “excuse me? You don’t like the way I’m handling things?”. The store manager never did make it to the desk, they didn’t even know if he was working while we were waiting. Ultimately we called our usual Rona representative. We paid the incorrect price and they will be taking care of the reimbursement. When we got to the yard, no one was found. We had to leave our vehicle at the yard gate to look for an employee, they were reluctant to help load us in a timely fashion. In conclusion, really negative experience from start to finish. We will not be returning to the Sherwood park location anytime soon.
