Great theatre. Usually empty but great staff.Pro tip: Tuesdays are the cheapest

Very clean and cozy theatre. Not huge, nothing fancy but nice seating and sound. Everything you need to enjoy a flick.

Seats are the smallest I have ever encountered. Air conditioning struggled to stay cool

OK, cinema. The drinks and food are widely overpriced. Premium seats are great but too bad they aren't the whole cinema. Nice seating shouldn't be for select people. Seating is my #1 complaint. Why sit in terrible seats when I can watch movies in a comfy chair at home.Apart from price, food is good and fresh tasting. The cheese is gross, used to good but now comes in gross plastic containers. Prefer cheese that comes out of a pump. Also hard to get nachos in those tiny cheese containers. Customer service is always great.Movies always go on time and work nicely. Never an issue there.

We just went to see Indiana Jones- I have to say that I was so impressed with this theatre!! You guys were so kind and friendly, it was clean and the people of Collingwood were sooo awesome! Yes, we are from Toronto and going to theatres there nowadays is awful- rude people talking for the whole movie, staff that don’t care, dirty. You guys were wonderful!

Very good, tasty popcorn too.Still wish across the spider-verse didn't end on a cliffhanger though.

I hadn't been to the theater in a long time and had a wonderful experience going back in. Tickets and food are all purchased in I e spot now.

Overpriced food (i cant blame them, its at every location.) movie was good quality and the 3d effect worked flawlessly. Arcade is quite poor and staff could be more aware.

We visited in April this year. April 14th at roughly 8:45pmThis was likely the worst customer service I have ever received in Collingwood. After spending over $100  on movie passes for My wife our 4 kids and I, we went to go and purchase popcorn snacks etc… the young lady behind the till was reluctant to give us any information as to meals or if there was some sort of package that would work best. Instead she was too busy worrying about what song was playing on her airpods (yes this entire time she had airpods in) she would rudely gesture to the screen instead of answering our questions.When we did order we had our snacks from behind the counter tossed at us. When we received our drinks they were all at least an inch from full and we politely asked if we could have them filled all the way. It was at this point she looked at her friend and rolled her eyes, when I asked if the eye roll came free with our experience instead of apologizing she simply looked at her friend and rolled her eyes again.My 6 year old daughter asked why the movie theater lady was so mad at us, and after that the people behind us in line asked us how we stayed so polite while being spoken to and treated like that.When we asked if there was a manager present afterwards the lady we spoke with immediately following our conversation with her telling her what happend proceeded to walk into the back and start laughing with the 2 girls that we had dealt with before.This was our LAST trip to this theater.
