Terrible customer service. I could write a book about the hell these people have put me through. They sold me a laptop with a defective touchscreen, awful quality control, it was very obvious. Said to send it back, so I did. Waited a month to get my next one. Next one shows up with hardware damage. Said to send it back and pay the 100 in shipping They sent me back the same computer with the same problems. They won't give me a refund. What the actual hell is wrong with this business. I'm disgusted.They're just terrible people. I spent 1400 US dollars plus another 100 on shipping. That's a lot for me to end up with a computer that doesn't work. CIK has the scummiest business practices I've ever experienced. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of.

Picked up an Alienware Aurora from here for a really good price.

I bought a reconditioned alienware laptop. I got a one year warranty from the store. The power jack broke within the warranty period. They didn't want to fix it, they wanted $150. to repair it, their arguments being that it was hit and that power jacks are never covered by the warranty. My power jack wasn't hit and I didn'd drop my laptop. Bad store.
