Have been CIBC customer for a while love this millwood branch ... The service I received is exemplary. All staff is knowledgeable and most importantly were not shy to ask for assistance when unsure. Had some deposits that needs to be done on urgent basis ,ATISHNA help me , she was very professional n too the point...My tasks took some time to accomplish and never did I feel that I was occupying too much time or delaying them from other things. The visit was pleasant,I have no hesitation in recommending this branch to anyone.

Peter Massey such poor service you can give. RESP account maintenance following up for last two months. No email reply no call back when we book appointment ask for delays then he has high blood pressure. Do a favour run away from this branch and invest your money where people respect and integrity. Ask for manager let's wait next two months to resolve the issue.

Ridiculous service..had appointment at 3 pm with Swati at millwoods branch but she ahead cancelled stating you can use online service. Gave a number instead on calling the agent said who told you we do these services online. Specifically mentioned Swati gave you wrong info. I again called branch after 15 mins on third call Swati picked up and again gave lame excuses on-top suggested to withdraw from different accounts.. @branch manager this is my home branch and that's how I got treated..seems time to change my bank..

I went to this branch and I was getting treated like a king as customer should get treated the teller name waa AFSHNA even tho I went very late around 4:35 she took the time to do wire for me which it took her past her working time she was very kind and knowledgeable and also the manager JULIET the customer service manager was very kind and helpful I love the stuff and CIBC is the best bank thank you so much for all the stuff working under any circumstances.

My experience was horrible. Head manager is rude because I requested to speak with her. she told me that “her employees are capable of explaining” capable of explaining but incapable of helping at all. I don’t need someone to dumb it down for me I need someone who can actually help me. I went there and wasted 20 minutes of my time only for them to tell me they can’t do anything.
