Culligan of Rapid City S.D.

I think I have to switch water delivery companies. I have set my bottles out in the place I specifically said they would be (on the patio) so they didn’t blow into the field. They left a note with a phone number with no voicemail set up, and left no water. I called the office and she sounded irritated as she set up a delivery for the following Friday, stating that I could just pick it up myself. They did replace the water that Friday (which they only gave me three bottles instead of four as I had requested) Then I was expecting the normal schedule to resume and I would have my water replaced the next Friday as usual, but no water... also they do not mention that they bill three months at a time when you sign up, not monthly as they make it sound.So I will have to wait another week without water.. or just go “pick it up myself”.

Water is good ;) I like to make hot tea with the hot side of my machine. It's nice to know I have water so available. It's easier to stay hydrated.

We have been their customer for a few years. We wanted some items changed and had an appointment. My son was in the garage and saw the two vans drive by, didn't come to our door. My son called and were told by the office lady the technician was off the clock. She also said they had stopped and knocked, no answer. I will be getting my refund back from them and go elsewhere. Yes, Corbin is nice but not the help.

Dont work here, they over worked my husband. He would work 12+ hour days. You dont get a lunch which in the state of SD is mandatory. You get paper checks that aren't even ready the day you get paid, they are ready by the end of the day you get paid. You wont get a raise after 90 days, even if you prove yourself. Not to mention favoritism is very high here. And the receptionist is so rude, right off the bat she will give you attitude. I have never been this upset with a company. I'm glad he is done with this company.

Corbin is great! The office lady not so much! Very rude and made me carry my own salt 30 days after a massive back surgery; while she watched from her office chair.

I read our local municipal water report and was shocked to find out what was an acceptable limit of chemicals. Formaldehyde, chloramine, flouride, yuck. Not only can we taste the difference in our water after having a Culligan under-sink system installed, we can see it as well. Our ice out of the ice maker in the refrigerator was cloudy but now it's crystal clear. Worth every penny of the low monthly cost for our super fresh-tasting water and knowing it's much safer for my family.

We had to replace a RO system in our kitchen and we decided to try Culligan. This was a great choice as the system they put in our kitchen works amazingly well. The sales people helped us find the perfect unit for what we wanted and the techinician did a great job installing it. This unit works much better than our old unit did. Thanks Culligan.
