I had some issues after the work was done but when i complained they sent someone very quickly to answer my concerns and the work was done to my satisfaction.

They did a very quick and poor job pruning an apple tree.I also asked them to do my cedars. but after the job on the apple tree, I called someone else.Service was in 2019. They were supposed to trim the tree back a bit and cut off the dead little branches in order to keep it healthy. They did the perimeter trim and then left without dealing with the dead branches, which is not healthy for the tree.I need another pruning this year. What do you propose?update Aug 15: I did get back to you quickly by updating my review in order to give you the information that you requested, but then never heard from you again.Are you sincerely interested in resolving the issue or did you only want other would be clients to think that you respond to complaints?

Company is easy to reach by phone - also efficient communication via text/email. Very professional and knowledgeable team - ready to give specific answers to any questions about the trees. The employees were very polite and thorough - made sure that I was satisfied with the work. The only slight disappointment was that although you pay the deposit via credit card, you are not able to pay the final bill using a credit card (they only accept cheque, Interac, or bank transfer).

A team of 3 just removed 2 trees from my yard. They were very efficient. I asked them if I could keep the trunks for my outdoor fireplace, they agreed and even cut it nicely in 16 long pieces.I highly recommend this company!"
