The gentleman I had helping me today was amazing. Great attitude, explained everything very clearly, and went over all my options in a timely fashion. He set me up with the best phone for my needs and helped me with picking out accessories. 10 out of 10. Wish I could recall his name. Costco St.James location. Will definitely return. If you go now, they have the promo for Costso members. I was given $200 in gift cards for Costco. You can use them on whatever you would like. I chose to put it towards warranty. You have to pay the full amount at the time of the device purchase. There is no monthly plan. That being said, it works out cheaper in the end, and the coverage is more extensive. I also was given a free car charger and wireless earbuds.I believe the promo runs until March 20th? If you are looking for a new device, I highly recommend heading to Costco. I believe they serve Rogers, Telus, Bell, and Fido? I know they had at least four different providers.

Love it when they have the Costco gift card deals at the cell phone counter! Bought a new phone for my daughter. My order was slightly complicated, going from prepaid to postpaid. Heidi was super helpful and friendly as we tried to figure out what the best plans and options were for me! The other staff also chipped in to help each other out while assisting other customers. Great to see team work and friendly staff.

They have a virtual queue so you don't have to wait. Message said I was next in line. I waited 40 minutes, gave up, then got a message saying my turn. Got there. Waited 15 more minutes. Finally got my turn, only to find out their deals aren't any different than going with the service provider directly. Could have avoided all of that if they just listed their prices.

Best Black Friday deal around! Service was great. I would have given 5 stars but service took longer than expected due to system lag? It may be due volume because of the deals. Upgrading 3 lines took over an hour.
