Affordable and has gotten cleaned up over the past 10 years, but landlords and maintenance take forever to do anything, if they can even be bothered to do it

We've just moved in and it's been great so far-- timely response to our concerns and sending out maintenance promptly when needed. The units are also well maintained. Management is friendly and has been patient with our millions of questions as we've settled in. The units are also in a great location as well, close to groceries, gas, banks, Tim's, a walk-in clinic, and bus routes.

I would like to expand on my review from earlier today. My internet cut out and I thought they were charging me $600 for “damages” but actually it is $6000. This is beyond ridiculous as the house was cleaned before I moved out and left in good shape. I will be disputing this Christine Cornford!

horrid place to live. felt like a prison that you would pay for. 50 mohammed`s playing soccer screaming away when you`re on shift work. good luck if you live here. circa 2020 when i got out.

The town house is nice. It is spacious inside and comfortable. We have moved in 1st of June. When the faucet in our shower was broken, the maintenance crew came the very same day I informed the office about it. Thanks to the manager. She was so kind and considerate as well as to the secretary who was very patient to answer our queries. More power!

It is a wonderful place to live, kid friendly/pet friendly environment. Managed very well, Christine is wonderful, responds quickly and gets things done when they need to be done in a timely manner :-)

Called to inquire about Creekview Estates. They were incredibly rude and avoided answering 2 simple questions I had. They told me I needed to fill out a 3 page application just to know if they have availabilities or not. Ridiculous.
