The owners are so awesome! We purchased a new hot tub this fall. Our water is very hard and I haven’t gotten the hang of how to keep it clear. They are so helpful each time I bring in a sample for testing!!

Shaina has been great staying in contact with us since we ordered in February. Expected delivery was June. When is showed up at the beginning of May we weren't ready. A-Pro worked with us until we could get the electrical done(Appreciate the patience!). The delivery and install folks arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly. The spa looks great, and I can't wait to hop in!

Shaina was quite helpful and knowledgeable about getting us the right hot tub. The Orca model with its textured surface and no maintenance cabinet will be nice. Hot tubs aren't cheap these days but I feel we got a fair price. There were a couple of hiccups with delivery but it was resolved easily with them.

Blake has done an awesome job taking care of my old Spa over the two years I have had it and has been very diligent on answering any of my questions. If there was an unforseen issue, he has resolved it satisfactorily every time. Would gladly recommend A-Pro and the team.
