I take care of a lot of the home maintenance for my family and I really appreciate Graham's willingness to listen, to be extremely helpful and for always making me feel like I've asked a good question that deserves an explanation. Graham patiently helped us try to figure out what was wrong with one of our ducts over the course of a couple months (they did not install this - I just found him for the repair) and checking in to see if anything had changed and/or what he could do to help. We ended up getting one section of duct changed out and Graham's team was super patient and willing to work around my insane schedule and my son's nap schedule so the work didn't wake him (heck yes mom win!). I've since called Graham about a couple of other HVAC + heat pump questions and he's been sooooo helpful. Always friendly, happy to help, prompt and professional with invoicing. I always know who I'll call for our heating etc questions! Thanks Graham + team!

Family business, excellent communication through the whole Reno project (HVAC, kitchen exhaust -downdraft, two fireplaces), delivered quality on time and quoted budget.Graham and his son were extremely pleasant to work with, they also dealt well with replacement of damaged glass on our fireplace -within warranty.Very happy, would recommend them with no hesitation. Worked with Newell heat on a new home construction. AC was struggling and after numerous discussions it was realized that pipes in the crawlspace were too small. Heat pump that was installed stops working after temp drops to about 1-2 degrees celcius and then the propane furnce kicks off. This results in a 1000 per month heating costs. Everyone else in the neighborhood seems to have a cold weather heat pump that works well up to -10 to -15 which is sufficient for local climate. Getting a hold of Newell after work was done is impossible.

Graham and his crew arrived just before the mega-heat-wave, and installed a heat pump on my house. In less than half a day, we had cool air, and had the first proper sleeps of our summer. His crew worked fast, and took time to walk me through the thermostat settings several times. I secured several quotes for the job, but chose Newell because Graham did the most detailed inspection of my heating system and provided all the information I needed to make an informed choice. My dog did not bark at Graham or his crew...and that says a lot because dogs know people.
