DO NOT IGNORE THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Have no idea how this company is still in business. They left my package out in the open nowhere close to the entrance and it was stolen. Never thought Id have to play scavenger hunt for my package. If youre LUCKY, you might actually get your package but the chances are slim

Absolute worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with! Tracking for my package never updated after I requested a second delivery attempt. When I did verbally speak to someone over the phone the person I talked to was very nice but the communication within their warehouse is so poor. I was told my package would be delivered within 5 business days. They kept telling me different days during the week to only walk into work to find my parcel at my desk. No phone call, no update, nothing. And after I had spoken to someone on the phone the same day it gets delivered and they told me I would get it Wednesday?! Im sorry but wouldnt it show on your system an item has been sent out with your driver? Just been a major hassle. I really hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Customer service not helpful with my inquiry. Kinda rude and it seems like he's not in the mood to talk. He was very short and will take long pauses before he answers my questions. Name is Hector. Not sure if that's even his real name because when I asked him, he gave me a long pause again

UniUni has been great to me. They are always on time and actually take the effort to deliver my packages to my door. Other delivery companies just toss my packages in the lobby. Thank you UniUni for outstanding service!

absolutely horrendous customer service. they didn’t even attempt to deliver my package and just said the address was wrong when i double and triple checked it was definitely correct. i have tried to contact them by email and phone and have only been able to get in contact once via email. they said they would reschedule my delivery for another day (never specified when by the way, just said they were “busy”) but i still have not received my package after two weeks of being patient. if you can, avoid this courier.

They abandoned my parcel on the doorstep, didn't use either one of 3 mailboxes, or ring either of 3 doorbells. They abandoned it at 10 pm. I was asleep. At that time of night I would have welcomed the doorbells being rung. Common courtesy obviously isn't so common anymore. And people wonder why porch pirates are able to succeed. Following this driver would earn more than my current job pays.

The gentlemen I spoke to at the office never heard the Gospel before. How sad - but now he has. May the church of Christ arise to show mercy and grace to these workers.And if they do wrong things, pray the authorities would deal with them appropriately.I did have a lot of confusion in my customer experience.I did get my package through Canada post in a redelivery but it was after I appeared at their office to pick up my package. It would have been nice to get an email update so I knew not to come in.

Package was delivered with no notice whatsoever to my apartment building and then was stolen. Would have been nice if they had actually entered the building instead of leaving a package for anyone to take. Maybe a phone call would have been nice.

Uni express have some professional drivers. My gf received her valentines gift on time. She was in her class when package arrived but their driver came back all the way for this special event. Appreciate it so much, sk delivery. Their service touched customers heart. Thanks man cheers
