Five stars for Hi Five !this is the first time i tried this chicken, and i should do it sooner!Tastiest fried chicken i’ve ever try here in Vancouver! they have spicy one which i loved, they even have Vegan menu, and chipotle mayonnaise! but Hi Five for their homemade Hot Sauce, plus good customer service. what else you’ve been looking for, right?Definitely more than enough reasons to come back there and become no 1 on my Fried Chicken List ! Hi-Five !!

It's 4:30 am and I came here to pick up my online order where pick up was at 4:16 am, and and guess what!!! They do not have chicken on stock and they are cooking the chicken now which will take about 10 mins he said, but I am already waiting 17+mins.I meant people do come here at the midnight to become a mannequin? Be professional!! Please! If you need time don't bring people in the wrong time and make them wait like that!! Also there service is very bad, doesn't look like the employee are very responsible / sincere about their job!

Hi Five Chicken
Used to be my go-to spot for fried chicken but not sure if ownership changed or something. The last few months service is extremely slow sometimes waiting 30 min or more for food. Seems like there's only ever one person taking orders and making food at the same time. They used to be reasonably fast and have more employees. Food is still decent but not sure how you can call this fast food anymore.

Ordered ahi-5 chicken today and my food was delivered in a plastic bag with no seal attached. Unprofessional and there was oil splattered all over the plastic bag

Hi Five Chicken
I wandered into this place after unsuccessfully hitting up the McDonald’s and various restaurant nearby for a late night feed. Service was friendly and efficient, and I had my two piece feed with fries and drink in a few mins. The fries were great, fresh and well seasoned. The spicy roasted chicken thigh was amazing, super juicy and flavourful. Big props!

Hi Five Chicken
Not sure if it’s just this location or high five has simply gone down. Chicken sandwich with more fried batter than chicken. I’m actually shocked. Not even a chicken strip worth of chicken in this. Fountain soda completely flat. Won’t be going back here again. I also paid for pickles to be added to my sandwich and the cook did not put pickles on. I was the only person in the store.

Some nice plant based options, could do with more healthy sides like salads/veggies. Very addictive plant based chickn. Staff always friendly. open 24/7 which is a life saver at times with my crazy schedule. Highly recommend.

A strange experience. This joint has some unorthodox menu items, decent fare, and some wonderful staff that are very kind.First, the ping pong shrimp. Not at all like a popcorn shrimp, this South East Asian spin is more a breaded and deep fried siu mai. Interesting as hell, would order again. (Though it is a bit pricey)Second, the chicken wraps. A fried rectangle, about the size of a large smartphone, stuffed with a spiced mix of shredded chicken and green onion - and all inside a thin, fried pastry shell. Not sure what it's going for but I understand this is a test item. A bit too spicy for me but that's on me.Everything else is more standard fried chicken joint fare. The hot wings are very good (crispy with a black pepper driven heat) and the rest is alright. The fried chicken inside the burger and the wrap were both under-fried (pale, not very crisp) and underspiced but also very juicy and large.Promising food with bold choices!

Used to be one of my favorite HiFive locations (service was great and food was hot and fresh). Haven't been lately until last week to grab take out. Service was quick - order was ready as soon as I arrived. When I got home, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken had a dark tone to it, a funky smell and was super dry (even for dark meat). Chicken tasted as if it was sitting and then quickly refried prior to pick up.Needless to say, quality has plummeted.
