Update!!!! If you’re thinking about using this moving company? Please look into what happened in Toronto; regarding the practice of scamming people. The moving company in Toronto, that was arrested and charged with fraud is extremely similar to this; and our experience with Premiere Van Lines.Update!!! Just a reminder for those people looking for a moving company! Do not use this company, they lie, manipulate, and basically hold your belongings for ransoms. I would not trust this company to move me across the street or across the country. They will treat you professionally at first and once they have your belongings loaded onto their trucks; you are doomed. They will tell you that the weight of your belongings are heavier then originally stated. Which will end up costing your thousands of dollars.Absolutely the worst service. Use this service based on their contracts with Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP and federal government employees moves. Michel Gzebowki, Area Manager lies, break promises and does absolutely nothing to help you. If you are a Veteran moving home, do not use this company or Atlas. They basically have your items as Ransom until you pay. Our bill was approximately 3.5 grand over quoted price. When we called for an answer, we were told pay or they will not offload our items. The customer service is awful, Michel does not return calls or does anything to make this situation right. Told Michel and Terry the manager that we would be explaining our situation to the MFRC and Veterans groups regarding there business. We are still waiting for an explanation on how they could be way over the price and why we had to pay. Why we still haven’t been given our money back or how a area manager can be so deceitful and dishonest. Spread the word that this is the worst company and does nothing for their customers.

Our move went very smoothly! The guys were very professional and super friendly! We highly recommend them. We were very Happy with Ken and James hard work!

What an amazing moving company. Super fair pricing with no hidden fees. They came on time and incredibly efficient.The whole team was very friendly and I am without any doubt going to recommend this company to anyone I know who is moving. Great job!!! :)

Premiere helped me to get an antique cabinet from Winnipeg (where I don't live) to Victoria BC (where I also don't live). It was easy, painless, friendly, and professional throughout. Lyle was a treat to deal with. If I had to move anything within or from Winnipeg again, I wouldn't even bother calling anyone else.

OI moved over a two-day period. The movers on my 24 May move (Lance, James, Kevin) did a phenomenal job. Extremely professional, and committed to customer service. The men who moved my piano on the 25th (Thomas, Paul) are artists in the trade.

Would not recommend this company what so ever. Customer service was great in the initial stages of getting set up and picking up my belongings. My move was from Winnipeg to Calgary. Once I arrived in Calgary I was told the driver for the moving company would be in contact with me the day before they arrived to let me know what time I could expect them. I did not receive a call so I contacted head office by email. They then called me back stating that the truck had broken down on the highway and wouldn't be able to deliver my belongings for another 4 days. After inquiring the whereabouts of my belongings and where the truck had broken down, no one could give me an answer which I ultimately found out later that this was because the truck did not break down.. they had just forgotten my belongings in Winnipeg but would not own up to it. Customer service was absolutely awful at this point and told me that I was being too demanding. Finally I was told that my belongings would be delivered two days later. That day the driver contacted me saying they would be there in a half hour but once they showed up, they had the wrong order and didn't come back until 4 hours later. No apologies were made at all throughout this whole process and the company still has not returned 2 messages I have left them after this whole disaster.Would not recommend this company what so ever. We were happy your crew showed up on time, were extremely pleasant to deal with, behaved in a professional manner and were very careful with our furniture. Also there was no damage to anything including walls. We couldn't be happier with the move out and then ultimately the move in. An all around pleasant experience.

Absolutely atrocious service. We made an appointment to pick our belongings up out of storage only to wait an additional 2hrs from our booked time. They stated that our service isn’t their priority and we could sit and wait all day. Their complete lack of organization caused a what could have been simple 30 minute move into a frustrating half day ordeal. Do not recommend

My experience with this company was great! The men were very professional and polite. They covered all my floors where they were walking and moving furniture with mats and shrink wrapped or bagged and taped everything so there was no damage at all. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing help moving.

Underpaid empmoyess. Run like a regime and emoyess not appreciated which reflects on job performance. Terry the owner is greedy and pays $11.25 which is what movers made 20 years ago.
