Faisal Youssef and Maher sold me an iPhone 14 with a new plan and it was the best service I’ve ever had, they were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and had all the information we need about the plan so we could be confident about the monthly fees and plan moving forward. Faisal was so professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming to these two for a new phone or phone plan they will help you get the best deal and most trustworthy service.

I gave a bad review yesterday but I said some things I probably shouldn't have said (name calling) accidents do happen everybody has bad days but they have rectified the problem I do appreciate that the store really isn't bad so ill change ratings. My apologies.

I stopped into the Source in Tecumseh Mall on cyber Monday to upgrade my phone. The associate that assisted me was Omar. Omar helped me with a phone selection, guided me through my questions and transferred my data to my new phone. Because it was cyber Monday it was extremely busy. While Omar was working on my phone, there were many other customer requests. Omar excused himself to provide assistance to the other customers. The entire time I was there Omar was polite, kind and very informative to everyone he dealt. He is definitely an asset to your team. He is an amazing employee. He even provided his phone number and assisted me after hours. You should be very proud of Omar!!!Cathy Ducharme

Great staff , not much of a selection

Dealt with Amin and Faisal,they were a big help. I left with a great deal on internet and it was cheaper than what I was paying before.Would recommend to anyone looking for phone,tv or internet to come check them out.

I love buying my headphones here because they give the best warranty. I've been buying headphones from them since they were still radio shack and I will continue. The staff are helpful and the store is very clean. Their selection could be better, but they have all the major brands expected. They also have a cool clearance section with various fun electronics.

The assistant name faisal was really nice person and he helped me in buying the product i need.awesome service and has good knowledge of all products.

The Source store at Tecumseh Mall is amazing. The store always looks amazing and the employees are very welcoming. I always upgrade my phone here. Staff at this location are very rude and they are more concerned with trying to get you to change cell phone providers than they actually are in making a sale.Bought a $300 item today and returned it before even walking out of the store because the employee was extremely rude because I asked for a bag, which he never offered me when cashing me out ..I told him I did not have any actual cash on me me as I used debit to pay.He also gave wrong total when cashing me out.And then refused to give me his name or tell or get a manager when I asked to deal with someone else .And let's not leave out the fact that he caused all this drama in front of my young daughter.It's okay though we took our business elsewhere and my daughter got that game system she wanted from a store that actually knows how to trat people .. now I know why this store is always empty
