Bought paint from two different batches and the color is different. They do not own up to this mistake and their costumer service to fix this issue was awful. I will never buy paint from Sherwin Williams ever again.

Very helpful staff, clean, cool (air-conditioned!) store. It is very inviting. The prices are good, and they have all the products you need for any paint job and finishing work. The variety of colors allows for a lot of choice and preference. They even have a coffee machine for customer use! I recommend for sure!

The employee at the Sherwin-Williams made a mistake and gave us the wrong color match for our floors. Instead of apologizing, they blamed us for the mistake, even though the color that they gave us was NEVER on any of the color testing that we did. Their attitude was generally rude and arrogant.
