100% recommend Heinz Garage! First off the customer service is awesome! Derek is extremely personable and makes you feel confident in your choice with using his shop! Second, they were very efficient and finished my downpipe and tune faster than I expected! 5/5 would recommend them and I will gladly drive the 1.5hrs to get my RS3 serviced with them!

Derek and his team are awesome. I have always sent every one of my Volkswagens to him (3 in total). Even my mother and my sister have used them in the past with great success. Very honest mechanic that will tell you straight up what needs to be done.

They have a sixth sense about things (based on lots of experience). Derek can do an assessment in minutes and recommend the right course or action. My last few visits (I have an older Jetta) they had the issues assessed, quoted and complete within hours. Gail is awesome and will likely be your first point of contact. She is knowledgeable (not just reception) so if you are talking to her on the phone - listen...with Heinz Garage your auto-problems go away at a fair price.

Shop is a joke, they don’t actually fix anything just leave you with more problems. Would recommend never going there
