If I could leave 0 star I would! Their support is so bad! I was just calling because the internet on my VPS was down, still accessible by KVM and this is where the nightmare started. The technician told me to restart in 'Rescue Mode' and since then, Windows is not bootable, and by connecting through SSH, all my files are gone. It's been 6 days and they still cannot help me recover my files. They won't let me speak with a higher level tech and I feel like they are filtering my calls because I wait between 30 and 40 minutes every time that I call and then suddenly, the line drops. Sometimes you try calling them and they just won't answer. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!I just noticed something funny! Look at the comments (OVH Beauharnois) and you'll see Christian Pilon, one of the tech working at OVH and I spoke with him on the phone... I mean HE WORKS there and even him left a 3 STARS review!!!

Worst company ever. Impossible to get any problem solved. Their ip addresses are blacklisted all the time.

Good service. Luckily we are self sufficient. But the odd time we need their support, the company doesn't answer calls at all. You have no one to speak with. There is no system in place to handle support inquiries. No responses to tickets. Not the way I would run a hosting company. Feeling uncertain.

The customer service is effective and professional, the people who work there put all their effort to resolve customer concerns, it is very easy to use OVH services, it is very stable, secure and at the best cost of all clouds.

With OVH do not expect resolution on matters in a timely manner, or possibly ever. My VPS with them has been down for four weeks with no sort of resolution in sight or being offered. They also continue to charge me monthly for a service that they are unable to provide, what do you call that? Be afraid, be very afraid of OVH.
