Southside Church

The pastor is a true man of god. he doesn’t hide god’s true word, from people to be of good standing.

They were all so friendly, genuine and helpful. Very community forward!

We were in Canada visiting friends and went through for a Sunday morning service and it was great The preacher Mike was had an incredible message and very pertinent for the times and for the church and the church body and we just had an awesome Sunday awesome worship time and praise and worship!!!

I attended several years ago. It was before they had their own building. I brought along with me 2 special needs men because they like music and this church had really good music. After worship, one of the congregation members told me I was disrespectful. I did nothing wrong. The men and I were just enjoying the worship and this person told me to get out of the church. I have never been so insulted and disgusted about his behavior. I go to main Street church now because of this incident. Also, the crowd is way too young and arrogant. I'm sure things have changed over time, but me and my friends felt unloved there. To the person that told me to go away, I'm praying God changes your heart, because you did not show love like Jesus did. The pastor was amazing, the music was great, but there was no love there for me and my friends.

Great service, good message from the pastor and Fantastic coffee!The only reason for 4 stars is due to the fact kept the service aboutGods working on each of us, but the focus was on himself( the Pastor).

Favourite hour of my week! I have sat in church most of my life and this has been my most favourite church to attend. I tell everyone how amatory is! Great job!

The worship music team is fantastic! Sometimes the overall feel and vibe once inside is of little groups that do not seem interested in welcoming new people. Once inside the welcome people at the doors, we felt lost, and unwelcome. People looked at us but not one person came over to shake our hand or say hello. Overall messages are good they are related to the pastors personal story to help understand. I am curious, I have seen responses on the positive reviews. Will I get a response from this one?

These guys donated iced coffee and donuts to my workplace during the hot summer months. I really appreciate their thought and caring. Churches need to be more into philanthropy. Can't speak to their convocation services though.

Worst experience at a church in my entire life. I have a baby that’s 1.5 years old. He was on my lap at the start of the service. He was not upset and was never crying, he made a few happy coo sounds. I was asked to leave and go to the parents area which is part of the massive main entrance. I feel the need to repeat, I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE! Because of a well behaved baby. My baby couldn’t attend the Sunday school as he has a serious hip injury so he’s used to just sitting with me. I couldn’t hear a thing in any of the outside areas, so i missed the entire service. So sad as I really felt I needed it. With 3 kids it’s difficult to get to church often. I would have understood if he was fussy but he wasn’t. Sure was the opposite of the experience I was hoping for. Literally left almost in tears.

What a Great church and filled with Really nice people, I started coming a year ago and I am so glad I did.I like to help volunteer with events when they help the community and I went to a small group as well to get connected and form some very strong friendships with real people like me.Everyone is welcome here and a great place to grow spiritually.
