We had excellent service from Dillon upgrading my daughter’s phone. Service was quick and efficient. Went over all the details very clearly and answered all questions.

My contract is up on our phones and I went into the store to sign a new one and get 2 new phones and an apple watch... Was in the store at 5pm store closes at 6 and at 530 I was asked if I had I quick question.. I said they won't be quick... Was asked to leave cause they close at 6 and they don't have time for me.. I believe that's some of the worst I've been treated in a Bell environment ever.. I will be looking into other options and reporting this to higher levels of bell

I just walked in to the store for anything new. The gentleman Ben approached me and explained to me very patienly and professionally. He made me to do some business. So I switched my cogeco internet service to bell. Thanks Ben for your excellent service. Keep up your great work.

I reached out to Mapleview Bell over the phone to arrange for wifi at my new home. Dillon was super helpful and efficient at providing me with options and pricing. I called him back that afternoon and had an appointment to get my service set up for the following week. Thank you Dillon, you made the whole process simple and stress free!

If I could give zero stars I would.I came in on a Saturday to inquire about setting up a Bell account , only to find out one person was working and helping a family out. Zero acknowledgment to me there, the least he can do is say I will be right with you. I stood there for a whole 10 min being ignored.

Had two amazing interactions with Dillon at Mapleview mall. Bell Canada is so lucky to have him. He’s simply the best. Kind, knowledgeable and explains everything so well. He makes phone shopping easy and less anxiety provoking.. I’ve never had such amazing service at a wireless provider. Keep up the amazing work Dillon we will be back!
