The salesman didn't want to take the time to help me over the phone. He gave me the phone of the Public Mobile customer service. Since I'm not a customer yet, I'm still stuck with my problem to register. DO NOT register with this provider because you cannot talk to a real person over the phone, just robot!

Never fear the Cell Doctor is here. He really knows his stuff and is just the nicest guy. Had an issue with a lost SIM and he only charged me the cost of replacing it. Not for his time. Even tried to refuse a small tip I wanted to give him for helping me! Dude really saved my day. I'll be making sure to recommend him to my friends.

terrible phone service from Public Mobile phone company, not the local vendor who is great. Public Mobile shuts off my phone every month. System (*611) has no human to solve a simple problem, like take my credit card #. I am an elderly senior with health problems and needs emergency phone contacts. It takes a full day and over $100 to take a ferry from the island where I live to go to a city to pay. Public Mobile can take my credit card but is to incompetent to put my card on auto-pay as requested. How can a company stay in business with such poor service?

Excellent service, The salesman Dhruv was very helpful and friendly, my number was changed from the old service provider to Public Mobile in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended!
