I'm so glad I signed up at this dojo, honestly I was a bit scared at first but the coaches really make you feel comfortable and show you ways to improve your technique each session. I really recommend it if you want to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself. I signed up originally to learn self-defense but I stayed for the fun and the challenge of it!Plus the schedule is super flexible and extra bonus points for the dogs that watch us train sometimes

Good for beginners but if yo want to have a membership pay it the same day you do the first trial (55$) or otherwise you will have to pay 99$ plus fees

I did the trial beginner class last week, there were some dissapointments that led me not to subscribe. The main issue is the class itself, it was 40 minutes of cardio workout and 10-15 minutes of striking with a partner, then it was over. I did not get one pointer on my punch or knees. I did not even know if i was throwing my knee correctly. I am a swimmer, I workout cardio 2x/day already, so I will not pay 180$/month (after tax) for essentially a group cardio class. The tipping point is that the changing room was a small closet with no lockers, I wouldn't mind paying 180$/month but I expect some quality in return.

I did the trial session beginner class tonight and was pretty disappointed. There was zero instruction on the fundamentals of technique. It was just, here's some moves you don't know how to do properly now practice them...There wasn't even instruction on proper muay Thai stance, which I would imagine is a pretty obvious thing to teach people who have never done muay Thai before (ie. Beginners). It is so disappointing because I wasn't there to burn calories [edit for clarification: burning calories is nit main primary goal, it is skill], but I have no working hard] I was there to learn muay Thai skills with a commitment to excellency. Moreover, it feels pretty reckless because practicing moves with poor technique can lead to injury.I emailed them to comment on my experiences to get a sense of whether this is their standard and they replied with beginners classes are more general" and that if I want to learn I should pay for private classes......which really says to me that what I experienced was their standard. I mean.. Why would I pay for private classes when they've shown that they are not interested in instructing..."

I have been to couple of Muay thai/kickboxing gyms, and this is by far the best one. I was very impressed with the trainers, very welcoming and the structure of the class is great for all levels (they have multiple levels ranging from first timers to advanced). People that train there are also great, no ego, no hard sparring (for more advanced levels), just feels like we’re all there to improve together as a team. Overall amazing gym!

The place is dirty, stinky, well you can imagine that. I paid $60 to have a trial of private training session, which turns out to be quite disappointing. 1. The coach seems very inexperienced, did not spend time to understand our training purpose, estimate my fitness level and we didn't have sufficient warm up and lack of stretch. 2. We were told that only cash on site, even EMT is not accepted. Not sure whether this is normal, we just paid the coach directly in cash. 3. The place has minimum facility, a change room is provided for women, but it is literally a room, no lockers, no benches, no sanitizers provided. Surprisingly the washroom is quite clean. 4. I did not purchase any gloves for the first time, and I was told the studio has some gloves to use. OMG the gloves are sooo dirty and disgusting, they are directly from last group class without proper cleaning.

This is by far my favourite combat gym in Montreal. The coaches are all super passionate about their work which is very motivating. They’re all very talented and unique in their own ways, so it’s nice to experience the different fighting styles in which they offer. Similarly, they do a good job at accommodating your needs and helping you to reach your goals. Another aspect of this gym that I appreciate is that it operates as a community. For instance, everyone is welcome here and has mutual respect for one another. Not only have i learned so much from my coaches but also my teammates. Last but not least, coming here is a form of therapy for me; it gives me a peace of mind during rough times. If you want to be a fighter one day, if you’re looking for general fitness, or even if you’re simply longing for a sense of community, this is definitely the place for that.

You will learn A LOT no matter who your coach isGreat cardio, 1h non stop moving and everyone leaves exhausted.P.S. don't trust it when they say you have a 5 minute break because it's gonna be 1 minute pushups, another minute of situps, another minute of squats...
