My husband and I are very pleased with BAM Woods services. Yves took in my husband's architectural drawings (Barn door, on fake beam project), priced the necessary material, listen carefully to our color choices and delivered in the discussed delay. The final product was stunning. The installation team did a great job and even went the extra mile to do minor ajustments on site. They were very clean, polite and professionnal. We recommend this company :)

I purchased a few items from BAM Wood in the summer of 2020, and spent a few thousand dollars. One of the items was an island countertop. I do not want to write a book about this issue, so we move a few months forward, which include many emails and telephone conversations regarding this problematic issue. Presently ( for a period of 3 months) I have no use of my main work area in the kitchen, as this countertop has been returned for the third time. Dave Garneau gives the impression that he regrets all the problems and stress this has caused, but in actuality, he focuses on his new orders instead. BAM wood has my countertop and my money!! Buyers beware! Awful experience, and sad that these people continue to take advantage of consumers.Response to your comment...I never asked for the countertop to be installed Mr. Garneau. I was given 4 delivery dates by Yves, and therefore emptied out all the drawers (four times) and made sure to be home to receive the countertop. Your driver never showed up.June 30th. update...After being told by Dave Garneau to pick up my countertop today at their Montée de Liesse location, I immediately noticed that the business disappeared.The owner of this establishment is a thief!! Beware please!! I found out that since they are hiding from their consumers, you can only leave a message (on a new number) and they call back. They are screening all their calls. They must have screwed over many people. Do not believe any replies that the owner posts... he is a pathetic liar.

What a great find Bam was. We had Yves make us a few custom made items, everything was exactly what we ordered. I was so impressed with the workmanship and speed at with our order was completed. Will use them again for future projects.

We dealt with Yves from BAM who was incredible and provided excellent customer service. We had 3 closet doors, mouldings, a bathroom vanity and picture shelves crafted. Everything turned out absolutely stunning. Anyone that comes to the house raves about the beauty of the pieces we had made at BAM. I found pictures online of what I wanted and Yves brought them to life in my home. I cannot give a higher recommendation to BAM! They are truly amazing!

Absolutely an amazing experience! I had to order 4 wood sliding doors and I needed them very fast for the reopening of my dental clinic. They managed to help me and make an exception and have them made very quick! With the installation on a Saturday night, we realised that some parts for the rails were missing, and they were amazing enough to answer us on a Saturday evening and deliver what we needed free of charge! Thank you so much!

Came in with an issue on a 6 year old piece and was met with courtesy, professionalism and an actual passion to make it right. Big thank you to Yves who was incredibly understanding and to the owner who took time from his busy schedule to meet with me, hear my concerns and make a decision to not only get it done but in half the time I was quoted. I contacted Bam wood with a special order request. It was delivered right on, as per discussed with very reasonable pricing. Then when it was time to install we had a little accident and damaged one of the shelf. Again I contacted Bam wood and inquired for repair possibility. No problem at all, it was done immediately and it looks bran new and with a smile. I highly recommend this shop. Dave, Yves and Denis we all super nice, efficient and delivered excellent customer service

Terrible! Our initial impression was very good. They promised quality and expertise.Until they get a cash deposit, then they change. They promised 6 week delivery and a collaborative custom table. They couldn't get the stain color correct. We picked two samples which we liked, the table top didn't match. To which the owner said too bad, we can't change it now. They didn't round the corners as per the original plan, the owner said too bad, can't change it now. We had no input for the final dimensions or design of the table legs. They just made them according to what they desired. All of this, not because they rushed the project, or that we didn't have time to confer. They just ignored our input, and delivered it 13 weeks behind schedule, for a total of 19 weeks! Unacceptable. We tried to cancel the order on numerous occasions, on which the owner told us we would have to take him to court for the $600 deposit. Terrible experience. No discount for the terrible service, just threats that they keep the deposit. I emphatically do not recommend this company. Bloody crooks!
