First time going to the train station. The building was locked, nobody around and the PA system was barely audible from the parking lot. It would be really helpful if there was a sign stating that the door by the platform is open, I watched an elderly lady struggling with what she was supposed to be doing and frankly I had no idea either. This is definitely self serve travel and there should be appropriate signage or instructions.

In one word - terrible. On the coldest day this year, the station had no heat and no staff. There were a bunch of elderly people waiting for the train and all freezing cold. It reminded me of a third world country. Two younger women tried to buy tickets from the kiosk as it is an unmanned station. The first couldn't complete her transaction and the second couldn't buy just a one-way ticket. The phone connected to the kiosk took forever to respond and then didn't provide any help. I never did hear what happened with these two women. Also the only washroom was outside in a trailer. I would never travel VIA Rail again and could never recommend it. It's no wonder they are in financial difficulty if this is how customers are treated,

Very nice station, clean and quiet.

Lovely station! Only thing, its a un-manned station, so it smelt like smoke in there.

nothing open after 9 pm except mr sub and fast food. they have periodic festivals, retrofest, crowfest etc. slow pace.

Well kept station. Clean. New bathrooms. .No staff for questions but a phone to via. Ticket machine and free parking. Cleaner was very friendly and helpful ;)

Great location for travelling to catch the train. Easy access & ample parking.

Clean station with washrooms and ticketing machine, as well as plenty of seating. There's no booth/ counter to speak to anyone at the station. Free parking available but it's not supervised.

Tried at first to buy ticket online. Called the contact number. The person who answered didn't speak english or french very well. (Did they out source the help line to Bangalore???) Got hung up on. Finally figured out what was wrong but since my printer is dead I had to go to the public library to run off my ticket.
