Staff didn't seem overly excited or willing to help. It felt like they provided minimal assistance and did just enough necessary to complete the sale. They didn't even ask what I needed to paint (wood, drywall, etc...) or how much I needed. Having been to other paint stores in town with charismatic and excited staff that go above and beyond to help you, I wouldn't recommend Sherwin Williams for that reason. The selection of products was good and the store was very clean.

Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable on products and colors, no pressure to purchase. The prices for paint seemed high, and don’t offer free small samples to see if you like the color or not. I ended up with a lot of wasted paint because the colors I picked weren’t to my liking.

Bobby and Noah were very helpful. I came in looking for some very specific colours for a feature wall based on some cartoon prints I had. Noah took the time to help me find the perfect colours and Bobby helped me get all the right type of paint and tools for the job. I really appreciated their time and assistance. My wall looks perfect!

I usually buy my paint from home improvement stores but very glad I visited Sherwin Williams today. The salesman was very knowledgeable and polite. The store was well laid out and their selection was awesome. My paint selection is nicely stored on their system for future use and I received a great price... a better product and service. I shall definitely be returning for my other decorating needs.

I went there 20 minutes before closing on a Friday evening and the gentleman was incredible. I don’t know how long was day was but he was as kind as if I’d been his first. He helped with my questions and helped me choose my paint and because I had my baby with me he even took it to my car for me.I returned 2 days later and the young lady there offered the same quality service.My last trip I was served by the same person that helped at my first trip there and once again he took the time to assist me again.Great store and very knowledgeable staff and exemplary service!
