I have dealt with Dreamsleep in Red Deer for about 7 years. They have been absolutely fantastic. What I found is that unlike others that I could name, their business model is not to just shove the customer out the door with a new machine but to ensure that the therapeutic experience actually is as described. They look to see me every six months, check my usage parameters, ensure that filters are being replaced and provide needed information and feedback. The people were very helpful and willing and able to solve problems. They were friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with their patients. During the trial phase of getting used to the mask, I was out of country for 2 weeks, no problem as they just added 2 weeks to the trial period. Awesome staff and after getting used to the mask, I am getting much better sleeps (and so is my wife). I rarely have afternoon naps now.

I was not impressed with the attitude I got from across the street, and after a search decided to try DSR. From the very beginning they were great, and after 10 months they still are. After my diagnosis I did a lot of research on my own about sleep apnea and treatments, I discussed this with David and he was very willing to work with me and to answer all my questions and concerns. Even when I asked for a different machine than they normally start people on, he was more than willing to help. I even asked if it was okay to use it for a few hours, before I went to bed to get used to it, and he said that would be the best thing to do, and it worked perfectly. When I had a slight problem with the machine he got me the replacement seal asap. And at my 6 month check up completely checked over my machine and mask to make sure it was working right, and went over my history on the machine and found everything was great there too. They really do care, and they are all willing to help you out. They are the BEST!.
