Don't know what exactly is happening at this location, very secretive warehouse, among others, looks to be used by Chinese sellers from Amazon, however, in what it strictly concerns me, they manage to loose my return, even if they have a clear confirmation from Purolator with the person's name and exact location of the delivery.
