OPA! of Greece Lougheed Town Centre
Yesterday I was there and I ordered a mega opa plate and a fries but I found two strands of hair in my plates. After i found the first one at the beginning I didn’t care so much and i just asked them politely to change my chicken but after I found the second one I really got annoyed cause it’s obvious that they don’t care about hygiene. Also, the manager wasn’t there and the cashier was treating us somewhat like we made a mistake and she didn’t apologized at all.I really recommend everyone to not ruining their days by ordering from this place.

Served RAW CHICKEN AND HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. My 1.5 year old son and I were served raw chicken and they could of cared less. When I showed them what they served they said they can make a new chicken skewer or provide a refund. I asked for a refund. He then presented me with a $10 bill when my meal was over $16. I asked where the rest of the refund was and he said I would have to return the rest of my meal to receive a full refund. So my son now was served raw chicken and because of their negligence could not finish the food he was eating. They could of cared less that they served a child raw chicken and were more concerned with keeping the $6 instead of providing good customer service and giving me a full refund from the beginning. I will never eat or have my family eat at any OPA locations ever again.

Ordered for 55 people for a celebration and the staff was incredibly accommodating and showed such pride in their work. Manjop and Love were super kind. The food was great. I ordered falafel, chicken and beef platters family style. The potatoes were on the salty side but still really good.

Its not so greek anymore i went for calamari and said i want calamari they asked if i wanted,lamb,beef ir pork on it. Being real european i know that this wasn't greek so i said no i said parsly and red onions and tasiki with fries would not recomend eating here they aren't very greek anymore. The issuse is that its being runned by east indians which is fine but they don't care about what they are doing and they have no knowlege of greek food. I was dissapointed with it. Like go to greece and try these stunts and you will be kicked out of Greece

Please check the quality of your food, especially veggies. You can tell anything to your customers but each person eats three times a day on average and we can tell when the salad is rotten. By saying “I just mixed it” you either confirm that you also buy spoilt vegetables or deny the obvious.General recommendation to visit Greece and check the food there.

I came to Lougheed mall on October 11th and stoped by the food court to get something to eat. I decided to go to OPA and I’m so glad I did, I can’t renter the names of the workers but the staff was amazing! Super polite and attentive :) the food was also delicious!

Ordered a kids meal today as it was the first time for our child (chicken skewer, rice, half pita bread and small drink) and we were patient as we were advised that the rice was not ready yet. Waited over 10 mins and got our meal. Tasted the rice and it was cold and hard. Advised the lady there and she said it’s the same rice we have served so I ask her to taste it and also advised her that the other orders were take out so customers already left. While I was advising her that the rice was undercooked she pulled out a small plate of rice from the microwave which was steaming for the next order. Obviously she knew it was under cooked but did not say sorry or anything? Look I get it as I worked in the food industry but we all work hard and expect quality for the high prices we pay but the lack of empathy, customer service and quality control really made our first and last experience here. She replaced the rice with fries but that took another 10 mins and by the time we got our meal our kiddo was no longer hungry. So my meal was $8 for fries. I don’t blame the staff I blame the owners.

OPA! of Greece Lougheed Town Centre
wow! best service i’ve ever had especially if u get Mannu and Love. they were so kind and very accommodating to my needs. They prepared me fresh chicken when they did not have any, cut my food in half when I asked for cutlery to do it myself and overall just such kind hearted people! They really brightened up my day. If you ever visit this location, you will NOT be disappointed!
