They are the best! I have brought all of our cats and dogs to this clinic and they are always friendly, on-time, organized, and accommodating. We live about 30 minutes away and we choose to make the drive even though we have a multitude of other clinics closer to us.

It’s NEVER fun to take your pet to the vet, but they made it such a positive experience even in a hard time. My cat had to go in for emergency surgery and then continued to have complications—we were here probably 10 times in 2 weeks. It was very hard to go through, but I knew she was in good hands every time. Everyone was SO SO kind and excellent at communicating. I feel 100% in recommending this to anyone who needs vet care. We said good by to our Puppy of 14 years yesterday. The Doctor and staff were awesome. They were kind, supportive, helpful and most importantly gentle with my Chase.Thank you so much.

It’s been two years (thankfully) since I’ve had to use their services but I just drove by the building and got a warm and fuzzy feeling because my boy is alive today thanks to the wonderful, compassionate and skilled animal experts and lovers that work here. When my baby was 10 months old he ate a Norwex cloth (he’s a lab) and almost died because another vet didn’t take it seriously. Then a year later he got into some bones and had to have another surgery. Both times he was treated with so much love and when I had to leave him overnight I knew he was being pampered and coddled and it made it so much less stressful for my worried heart. He’s now 4 and healthy as can be and not allowed near anything that he could possibly ingest that’s for sure

We had to make an emergency visit yesterday to euthanize our beloved 17 year old best boi. Tried to make plans to prebook it for an in-home euthanasia but life doesn’t often go according to plans. The staff (all women that interacted with us) were so compassionate and caring. They showed us to a comfortable room where we could be with our dear Mick.Thank you everyone at Fish Creek Animal Hospital, you are angels.

I have never had to say goodbye to a family dog before. And it hit me much harder than I anticipated.Fish Creek Pet Hospital was the closest vet open when we had to make the emergency trip. We had no idea what to expect having never been there before.While leaving behind our best friend inevitably invoked feelings of incompleteness, Dr. Tatum and the rest of the staff at fish creek handled our appointment with a careful elegance. The sincere compassion and professionalism throughout the whole ordeal allowed our hearts to leave full of love as we stepped back into the world that had all but been forgotten in that sombre moment. I used to think the is hospital was fantastic. Professional, educated staff. Caring doctor who truly wanted to do what was best for your pet and not just produce an expensive bill. That was pre-pandemic. My experience today was repulsive. I watched technicians not be able to find the room their next patient was in. Another one tell a client the room was clean when no one had cleaned it. I was recommended excessive diagnostics to discover the only thing wrong with my cat was what I told them was wrong. After a $700+ bill, they called me back because they forgot to charge me for an injection that was $10! Are you kidding me? I highly recommend you reconsider taking your pets here post pandemic. Your pets will be not receive the care they need, rather the care that makes them more money.

Our beautiful boy has recently passed but they helped him with his end of life care visits and were so great with him. The veterinarians were so kind and put him at ease even though most clinics he is anxious. The receptionists were exceptional as well! Just kind down to earth people when we needed it most.
